Xcellerate Finance is owned and operated by Dionne Lee. Dionne began her finance and lending career at age 17, and began her own wealth creation path through property with her first three investment properties when she was 20, 21 and 22 years of age. Over her career Dionne has had invaluable experience in mortgage lending, real estate, financial planning and most importantly educating her clients to create their own wealth creation through ongoing education. Dionne now has a team of passionate people who love the wealth creation process as much as she does and is ready to assist you today.

Jodie’s qualifications include a Diploma in Management & Leadership, Diploma Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and Certificate in Human Resource Management.
As part of her deep commitment to people and community Jodie is also a volunteer NSW RFS fire fighter, President of her local Business and Community Chamber and volunteers for the local Surf Life Saving Club.
In her spare time Jodie likes to read books, sample new recipes and spend quality time with family and friends.
Her personal journey in securing financial stability and her own properties in the future inspires Veronica to become a valued asset at Xcellerate and to all our clients.
During her free time, Veronica enjoys reading, listening to music and catching up with the people she loves.
Having years of experience in customer service has certainly played a vital part in Julienne’s career helping her gain confidence not only professionally but also personally. Julienne strives to give our clients quality service to ensure their experience with us is second to none.
In her free time, Julienne likes to watch or dance to her favourite shows or music. She also enjoys a coffee to relax or plays ballad or soft music and reads. She is an absolute joy to have on our team!
