Xcellerate Finance is owned and operated by Dionne Lee. Dionne began her finance and lending career at age 17, and began her own wealth creation path through property with her first three investment properties when she was 20, 21 and 22 years of age. Over her career Dionne has had invaluable experience in mortgage lending, real estate, financial planning and most importantly educating her clients to create their own wealth creation through ongoing education. Dionne now has a team of passionate people who love the wealth creation process as much as she does and is ready to assist you today.

With over 20 years’ experience in the Real Estate Industry previously, it made perfect sense for Sally to combine her property expertise with Finance. Sally’s extensive knowledge of the property market and processes is an added bonus for our clients meaning they can have absolute confidence in the service we deliver.
She is a member of the MFAA and holds a Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking and a Diploma of Financial Services. Her think ‘outside the box’ approach, means she’s always trying to help you buy your dream home, car or investment property.
Sally has lived on the Gold Coast for the past 19 years. She enjoys walks along the beach or around the spectacular headland of Burleigh Heads. She also loves to go to Currumbin to stand-up paddle board!

Lena holds Bachelor Degrees in both Marketing and HR, from Waikato University in NZ.

During her free time, Veronica enjoys reading, listening to music and catching up with the people she loves.
Having years of experience in customer service has certainly played a vital part in Julienne’s career helping her gain confidence not only professionally but also personally. Julienne strives to give our clients quality service to ensure their experience with us is second to none.
